Repairs

Whew!  Sure glad to have boys
who know how to fix things.
Many blessings.

Freedom of Trainers

Off came the training wheels.
A little nervous at first...

But, off he went.
No worries.

Now, for twin 2.
Had to do some convincing...

But, after that...
off he went.

He stopped to pose.
The charmer that he is...

Got real confident and soon they were doing tricks.

What we thought was going to be challenge
ended up a breeze.

Here all three are...
yes, it is noted the oldest is bare topped.
Boys will always be boys, smiles.

On Stage

Our oldest son started taking guitar lessons
several months ago.
Although he was new to playing, his teacher
thought it would be good experience for him
to be part of recital.
Stanton did not stumble,
he did not fear.
He got right up there on that stage and played
his tune.
My once shy young man
is stepping out of his shell.

Just a Cute Pose or Two

Just had to make sure to add these to our blog.
Many blessings.

And for the First Born

Always taking the less traveled path.

Creating scenes and sounds as you go.

The most original you are.

Dimples

No doubt about it...
the cutiest brown eyed, curly haired, dimpled faced
boy around.

We Love Parks

We love parks on windy, cool days.

We love parks by the water.

Even the walkways on a rough surf day.

Always up for a walk.

Never shying away from a find.

Always touching, smelling, observing.

We love parks that we can climb.

We just love parks.

Some Blue Eyed Silliness

Smiles and giggles.

Silliness.

Energy explosion.

Never boring.

Always charming.

A First

My oldest who is very shy
had a speaking part in a play.
Didn't know he would do it.

He got on stage.
Mouth rehearsing the lines,
palms twitching.
The time came...
and he said his lines well.
He said them clear.
Mommy and Daddy are so proud.
This was a first...
and doubt a last, smiles.

November House Images- 2012

A Fireplace.

Thankful Tree.

To which daily thanks were written on the leaves.

A Simple foyer table.
Many Blessings.

A November Afternoon

We love our local park by the river.
We go there often.

The boys growing up so fast.

The oldest is growing into a young man.

Often wonder what his thoughts are.
Would love to see him smile more.
He has a great smile.

October Field Trip- 2012

The whole family went on this one.

First, had to dress to work.

School was a calling.

Rules given.

Discipline explained.

Work given.

There were chores.

Hard work.

Flour to be packed.

A paper to print.

Smiles.

Hands to wash.

What a great day.
