Here is a little something I am doing in my effort to get back in shape.
I have also started running again.
Only one mile for now, 1/2 mile run, 1/2 mile speed walking.
After my back injury in February, getting back to my
running routine will take time, lots of time.
Also, doing a detox routine.
Just for 5 days.
So far, day 2, things going good.
Looking forward to a healthier me.

I have just started getting in better shape too. It's all too easy to go from tofu to Cheetos.
